Neutral Posture chairs include limited manufacturer warranty coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:
- 12-year warranty on most chair components
- 10-year warranty on controls, cylinders, casters, glides, arms, and plastic components
- 5-year warranty on foam, mesh, arm pads, and inflatable lumbar
- 3-year warranty on upholstery
- 24/7 intensive-use models: 5-year warranty on all chair components, with upholstery covered for 5 years only on approved high-durability materials, and inflatable lumbar covered for 2 years
