The Cozi Stool from Neutral Posture is a mid back ergonomic office stool designed for users who need the comfort and adjustability of the Cozi series at elevated workstations. With up to 13 active adjustments, it gives you a more personalized fit while staying easy to fine tune throughout the day. Its passive weight dispersion design and generous foam focus on lasting comfort, and the upholstered outer back gives the stool a clean, polished look. An optional headrest is also available for users who want added upper body support.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours before being submitted for production and fulfillment.

Quick Ship products may ship in as little as 5 business days for qualifying orders of 25 chairs or fewer, once confirmed by the manufacturer. Full Build and standard configurations typically have a 3 to 4 week production lead time.

Orders may ship by parcel or freight depending on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Standard freight delivery is dock-to-dock, with additional delivery services available upon request for an extra charge.

Neutral Posture chairs include limited manufacturer warranty coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:

• 12-year warranty on most chair components
• 10-year warranty on controls, cylinders, casters, glides, arms, and plastic components
• 5-year warranty on foam, mesh, arm pads, and inflatable lumbar
• 3-year warranty on upholstery
• 24/7 intensive-use models: 5-year warranty on all chair components, with upholstery covered for 5 years only on approved high-durability materials, and inflatable lumbar covered for 2 years
